Hosted scene services are not removed from the standby tile cache data store when deleting from Portal for ArcGIS.

Workaround

1. Stop the ArcGIS Data Store Windows service on the primary and standby data store.
2. Navigate to C:\arcgisdatastore\nosqldata\lib\couchdb on the standby tile cache data store machine.
3. Delete the couch file associated with the hosted scene service that was deleted from the Portal for ArcGIS content page.
