High parallelization of the Add Rasters To Mosaic Dataset tool in ArcGIS Pro with the mosaic dataset in the Oracle SDE geodatabase sometimes ends with various error messages and an incomplete mosaic raster dataset.

Workaround

Lowering the Parallel Processing Factor environment makes the problem less likely to happen. The problem is completely avoided when setting the Parallel Processing Factor environment to 0%. (There is no lock problem when rasters are loaded one by one.)
