Group labels with more than 70 characters (with spaces) fail to format within the extent of the survey when accessed using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.

Workaround

1. Access the survey in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
2. If possible, publish the survey from Survey123 Connect 3.0.
3. Modify the survey URL as follows: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/<ItemIDstring>?version=3.0.
