Create network rule/firewall exception for to allow ArcGIS Server to access <a href="http://ec2-50-16-205-75.compute-1.amazonaws.com:80" target="_blank">http://ec2-50-16-205-75.compute-1.amazonaws.com:80</a> directly. ==OR==• Log onto the machine with the account Server is going to run under• Open ArcMap/Catalog, ensure they set the proxy settings for it to use.
