Workaround

• Drop the standby spatiotemporal datastore from the command line or from server admin.
• Run the describedatastore again to ensure there is only a primary spatiotemporal datastore and no standby.
• Run the configurebackuplocation command again.
  • Select configurebackuplocation > store spatiotemporal > location <shareddirectory> >operation register.
  • Run successful.
• Register back the standby spatiotemporal datastore again.
