Export ArcGIS Server site operation fails with the error "The Filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect" due to an invalid character in the output file.

Workaround

1. Change the ArcGIS Server machine's time zone to another time zone. For example, (UTC+02:00) Tripoli/ Libya Standard Time
2. Restart the ArcGIS Server machine and make sure the changes go through by checking the Registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation].
3. Navigate to the ArcGIS Server Admin Endpoint and retry the Export Site operation.
4. Export Site completes successfully; in this case, the exported site is available at this location: C:\exportsitedestinationpath\20230504-000582-EET.agssite
