Workaround

1. Add the content to an ArcGIS Online map.
2. Click More Options and select Show Item Details.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and copy the URL from the bottom right corner.
4. Navigate to the Portal for ArcGIS Content page and add the content to the portal as an item.
5. The content is now accessible within the portal.
