Editing in the ArcGIS Survey123 inbox displays red text in the search() appearance for the select_one question with a list based on a feature layer from the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.

Workaround

In Survey123 Inbox, editing a survey response requires reloading the data. Interacting with the Geopoint question by slightly adjusting the location triggers Survey123 to load the list of choices, which then become visible again.
