Workaround

In addition to the Edit Favorites window, map services can be added to the Favorites Maps collection via the Add Map Services dialog and the Map Services palette’s Add a favorite map control. Deleting a map service from your Favorite Maps collection independent of the Edit Favorites window requires editing the Window Registry. Below are the steps require to perform these actions.Adding a map service to the Favorites Maps collection using the Add Map Services dialog box1. Start AutoCAD2. Load ArcGIS for AutoCAD Build 2503. In the ArcGIS for AutoCAD ribbon's Add group, click the Add Map button to open the Add Map Service dialog4. In the Server URL box, enter a URL to connect to an ArcGIS Server5. Click the Connect button6. Once connected, click the Map Name drop-down list and select a map service to add7. Check the Add to Favorites box to add this map service to your Favorites Maps collection8. Click Add to add the map service to your drawingAdding a map service to the Favorites Maps collection using the Map Services palette1. In the ArcGIS for AutoCAD ribbon's Manage group, click the Map Services button to open the Map Services palette2. Click the Map Service drop-down list and select the map service to add to your Favorite Maps collection3. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI\ArcGIS for AutoCAD 250\FavoriteMaps3. Select a key that represents the map service you wish to delete 4. Right-click and click Delete5. Repeat steps 3 through 4 for any other map service you wish to delete from your Favorite Maps collection6. Close the Registry Editor
