Bug
Distributed collaboration (reference) fails with zipped file geodatabase over 1GB without an error being logged. File geodatabase uploaded as .zip file shared from ArcGIS Online to Portal for ArcGIS fails to appear in the portal when Sync is recorded as successful at both environments.

Potential workaround (proposed but not tested):
May be able to upload a reduced version of the file geodatabase as a zipped file and then use a join in ArcGIS online to a table with the attribute data which was removed
- Refer to the documentation on Joins:
- https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/analyze/join-features.htm
- The table can be joined once the hosted feature classes have been parsed out of the zipped data, and shared in a collaboration together.
