Defining the Object ID as the input for the first new field in a Spatial Join constantly returns the Object ID of the Target Feature.

Workaround

Method 1: Define the Target Feature's Object ID as the Input Field first.Method 2: Ensure to define the Target Feature's Object ID as the Input Field first. This field can be deleted later if unused.
