Bug
Data served as a Web Feature Service (WFS) service in a Projected Coordinate System is read as a custom authority coordinate system when consumed in ArcMap through the Data Interoperability Connection. This leads to data offset when compared to the REST service or source data when the data is reprojected to match a basemap.
