Custom pop-ups configured in ArcGIS Pro without the Fields element affect the visible attributes in the Attribute Table widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

Workaround

1. Open the hosted feature layer web map in Map Viewer.
2. Hover the mouse over the layer in the Contents pane, and click More Options (three dots to the right).
3. Click Configure Pop-up.
4. In the Configure Pop-up pane click Configure Attributes (blue link).
5. Click the check box beside Display to select all the attributes.
6. Open the web app and follow the steps outlined in the Steps to Reproduce.
7. The attributes should be visible in the attribute table.
