Bug

Copy/paste within the same geodatabase crashes ArcGIS Desktop due to an error occurring within this application. The cause is undetermined. This happens if the GDB_ITEMS’ type field contains "{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}".

Workaround

Run a SQL query to remove the records from the GDB_ITEMS table.SQL>delete from GDB_ITEMS where type='{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}';
