This issue has been resolved in Pro 2.1. It is not reproducible with the current version of the software.Workaround
For multiple feature classes migration, use the Feature Class to Geodatabase geoprocessing tool via right clicking the destination > Import > Feature Class(es) Multiple.For multiple files based migration, use the operating system options such as Windows Explorer to copy and paste the multiple files.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
