Conducting a SQL calculation on a hosted table within ArcGIS Online returns the incorrect date and time if performed on a Date field using the CURRENT_DATE() function.

The CURRENT_DATE() function in SQL returns the current date and defaults to midnight UTC time. This is then displayed based on the time zone for the ArcGIS Online organization or profile. Refer to https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/sql-agol.htm for more information.Workaround
Calculating fields using the CURRENT_TIME() or CURRENT_TIMESTAMP() functions returns the correct results.
