Certain hosted feature layer views created from the ArcGIS Solution Recreation Outreach template are unable to update automatically with the changes made on the corresponding hosted feature services.

Workaround

1. Export the hosted feature layer as a file geodatabase (FGDB).

2. Open ArcGIS Pro > Update the SiteID domain in the Fish attribute table as per the point layer from the hosted feature layer.

3. Zip the updated FGDB.

4.Use the Append Data to Layer tool to append the FGDB back to the hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.

5. With the SiteID domain updated in the Fish attribute table, the information in the hosted feature layer view (WaterResources_public) is updated too.
