Bug

Cannot publish service to the Portal for ArcGIS connection with port number using the primary site admin account, while Portal for ArcGIS is configured with the Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). An error is returned, "Your account does not have publishing privileges."

Workaround

Use the Portal for ArcGIS URL, https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname to make a portal connection in ArcGIS Pro. Use the Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA).
