Workaround

Partial posting of a utility network feature requires posting associated associations and objects simultaneously to avoid referential integrity and corruption. Users who want to partially post features in the branch that are associated with other features in the branch must either post all associated features, or delete the association between the features desired to be posted and the features that need to remain in the branch. After that a validate and partial post will work.
