Not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 final. It is advisable to upgrade to the stated version of ArcGIS Pro..Workaround
- In the attribute table, right-click on the desired field and select Properties.
- Click the ellipsis button in the Number Format row and select Custom. In the Format string drop-down list, select the first option (0).
- Click OK.
