Duplicate of BUG-000170916.Workaround
It is possible to add more images to the same feature layer after editing is complete. After creating a feature, click 'Edit feature'. At the bottom of the pane, click Add, select another JPEG file, click Open, and click Add again. This process allows files to be added one at a time while editing the same feature layer.
