1. Open Windows Explorer. 2. Navigate to 'C:/Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\ArcPad10.2\DesktopTools10.0\Toolboxes'. 3. Copy 'ArcPad Tools.tbx'. 4. Navigate to 'C:/Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes' and paste the TBX file here. 5. Open ArcMap and access ArcToolbox. Note: ArcPad Tools is now visible 6.
