ArcGIS Survey123 web form captures null instead of the selected choice for a select_one question with autocomplete appearance and a choice filter if the selected choice has an entry in a column with the word 'image' in the name (for example, image or media::image).

Workaround

• Change the appearance of the select_one question from 'autocomplete' to another option. 
• Avoid using 'media::image' for the choices. 
• If there is a choice filter using a column with the word 'image' in the name, rename the field to remove it from the field name.
