This issue will not be addressed in the current product support cycle. If the issue continues in a supported release, contact Esri Support Services. There are no plans to release ArcMap 10.9, and users are recommended to migrate to ArcGIS Pro. - When prompted for credentials in ArcGIS Online, log in using all caps user name.
- Use the Field Calculator to make all records within the created_user and last_edited_user fields consistent.
