ArcGIS Pro domain field drop-down does not display selection if the domain field contains a subtype.

- Select the desired annotation layer (in this example, Sub_Condo_Coop_Anno_OLD) in Contents.
- Click the Data tab, select Subtype.
- Select every domain with the same domain force.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to the attribute table and domain column. The domain drop-down appears.
