This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
- Create a web map in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.
- Add the hosted feature to the web map, and add the map from the content to ArcGIS Pro.
Note: Adding the map directly in ArcGIS Pro allows users to identify and browse directly to the attached images rather than use the attachment manager on the related table's attribute table.
