On July 1, 2017 Esri retired ArcGIS for Windows Mobile product and users are encouraged to migrate mobile field editing projects to Collector for ArcGIS app or another ArcGIS app available at http://www.esri.com/software/apps.

Workaround

1. Go to ArcMap.2. Select all attributes with a blank input.3. Replace these attributes with <NULL>.4. Re-save the mobile cache and continue the normal process of creating a mobile project.
