ArcGIS Hub prevents the use of single quotation marks in the headings of Calcite components.

Workaround

Copy a character similar to the single quotation mark from the Character Map app on the machine, and paste it on the calcite block.

For example, users can substitute the single quotation mark with the 'U+02B9' character.
