This issue is non-reproducible when tested in the ArcGIS Online June 2023 and ArcGIS Field Maps v23.2.1 releases. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services. Reference the non-reproducible defect in the new Support Case.Workaround
Uninstall and reinstall the ArcGIS Field Maps application, then reload. The ArcGIS Field Maps application can only be used once before it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled again.
