ArcGIS Field Maps: feature rendering is limited at all scales when there are multiple layers with thousands of features.

Workaround

• Use the visible range scale settings in Map Viewer to dedicate a higher level of detail (LOD) for the features to render at.
• Remove all other layers form the web map.
• Use ArcGIS Collector in the interim.
