Workaround
To uninstall ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 use following command msiexec.exe /x {5033400B-0977-45AB-94CE-CC135A8E1BBB} /qborYou can script your un-installation of 9.3 products in anticipation of installing ArcGIS 10.
