ArcGIS Collector (Windows) fails to load layers in an offline map when an ArcGIS Enterprise feature layer is added to ArcGIS Online with stored credentials.

Workaround

• Use a service from Portal that is not secured.
• Add the item to ArcGIS Online with the Do not store credentials with service item. Prompt for authentication everytime option checked, so the credentials are not stored.
