Workaround

Follow these steps to add the addin to the Visual Studio "Tools" Menu.In Visual Studio 2008:1. Select 'Tools > Customize' to open the "Customize" dialog.2. Select the "Commands" tab.3. Select the "Addins" category.4. From the "Commands" list, select "ArcGIS Code Migration Analyzer"5. Drag the "ArcGIS Code Migration Analyzer" to the "Tools" menu.6. Restart Visual Studio-------------------------------------------------------------------In Visual Studio 2010:1. Select 'Tools > Customize' to open the "Customize" dialog.2. Select the "Commands" tab.3. Select the "Menu Bar" radio button.4. In the Controls list, select "Tools".5. Click "Add Command"6. Select the "Addins" category7. Select "ArcGIS Code Migration Analyzer"8. Click "OK" on the "Add Command" dialog9. Close the "Customize" dialog10. Restart Visual Studio
