An error is returned when exporting a hosted feature service as a comma-separated values (CSV) file when the feature service layer name contains a forward slash '/'.

This issue is not reproducible in-house and will not be addressed at this time. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Add the feature service to ArcMap.
- Right-click the layer and select Open Attribute Table.
- Click File > Export.
- Export the table as a .dbf file.
- Open the .dbf file in Microsoft Excel.
- Save the file as a CSV.
