An entry in the Maplex Abbreviation Dictionary for a blank space in double quotes produces multiple label display errors when a specific set of label placement properties are active.

Workaround

1) Drop the second abbreviation with the closed double-quotes.2) Add the double quotes as the first abbreviation3) Add a 3rd abbreviation after the double quotes.4) Modify Placement Properties to include the Overrun property (greater than 10 map units for this test data)
