An Arabic survey doesn’t align to the right in Survey123 web app when the first label or the customized survey description (the hint of generated_note_form_title) is not in Arabic.

Workaround

Make sure the first character of the label of the first note/question of the Survey is in Arabic. If 'generated_note_form_title' is used, the first character of the hint must be in Arabic.
