Customers usually create ArcGIS StoryMaps stories to be accessed by the general public, hence the majority of the users are not logged in to an ArcGIS Online organizational account when accessing the stories.

There are three possible options to bypass the issue:

1. Access the link without being logged in to an ArcGIS Online organization.
2. Access the link in an incognito window.
3. Clear the browser's cache and cookies.
