Bug
After loading a web CSV with an inconsistent number of commas in each row to a web map and then trying to open the web map in Collector for ArcGIS application, the application crashes and become unusable.

Currently no workaround is available except replacing the blank (' ') spaces caused from an inconsistent number of commas with NULL values. Attached to this case is the code to do so.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
