After cloning the ArcGIS Server conda environment and publishing the geoprocessing service, the following error message is returned, "Error 000574: Python is not installed."

Workaround

To get the new cloned environment to work:

1. Switch off the inheritance.
2. Remove the permissions from ArcGIS Server.
3. Add them again with the option to set this again for all subfolders and files.
4. Switch on the inheritance for the subfolders again.
5. Overwrite the permissions for the user of ArcGIS Server in the env to has full access.
