After applying SP5, ArcMap 10.0 is unable to function with a borrowed license when connected to a license server over VPN.

Disconnect from VPN, set the license manager to "not_set" or otherwise prevent ArcGIS Desktop from reaching the license manager through the network during startup.Also, reverting to a previous service pack allows the connection to work properly.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
