To resolve issues with publishing scene layers:
1. Run this command after deployment: changedbproperties.bat --store tileCache --enablessl none
2. Enable remote access for the ArcGIS Server account on the primary and secondary machines.
3. Remote into both the primary and secondary machines as the ArcGIS Server account:
a. Open Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security.
b. Select the Trusted Sites option.
c. Press the sites button and add the following to the list the URLs that ArcGIS Server uses to communicate to the ArcGIS Data Store.
To resolve issues running the Administrative commands:
1. At the ArcGIS Server Admin endpoint, remove the standby Relational and Tile Cache Data Stores.
○ (data > items> /enterpriseDatabases > Data Store Child Item > machine > standby machine (ex. 10.231.129.179) > remove).
○ (data > items> /nosqlDatabases> Data Store Child Item > machine > standby machine (ex. 10.231.129.179) > remove).
2. Unregister the Primary Relational and Tile Cache Data Stores.
○ Get the respective item paths data > items.
§ ex. '/enterpriseDatabases/AGSDataStore_ds_limuegci'
§ ex. '/nosqlDatabases/AGSDataStore_nosqldb_tcs_1ot4tz2'
○ Go to data > unregisterItem, copy the above into the Item Path field, and click Unregister Item.
3. Stop the ArcGIS Data Store Windows services on the primary and secondary machines.
4. Rename the 'D:/arcgisdatastore' directory on the primary and secondary machines to 'D:/arcgisdatastore_old'.
5. Start the ArcGIS Data Store Windows services on the primary and secondary machines.
6. Configure the Relational and Tile Cache Data Stores on the primary Machine using the Configuration Wizard (<a href="https://localhost:2443/arcgis/datastore/" target="_blank">https://localhost:2443/arcgis/datastore/</a>). Ensure that the Primary internal IP is used (ex. 10.231.128.8).
7. Configure the Relational and Tile Cache Data Stores on the secondary machine using the Configuration Wizard (<a href="https://localhost:2443/arcgis/datastore/" target="_blank">https://localhost:2443/arcgis/datastore/</a>). Ensure that the Secondary internal IP is used (ex. 10.231.129.179).
8. Having completed the above, confirm the 'describedatastore' command works.
9. Confirm that publishing a scene layer works.
