Bug
Accessing the survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app or website fails with the error "The survey is not accessible or does not exist." or "This survey cannot be accessed in the web app." if the survey contains a select_one question with the search appearance and choice filter.

A select_one question with both the search() appearance and a choice filter may return inconsistent results and is not supported; both the search() appearance and the choice filter allow for selecting a subset of items.Workaround
Remove or clear the search() appearance and the choice filter cells.
