Accessing fields using $feature.fieldname does not allow looping through a given list of fields and fails to return the fields in the pop-up.

Workaround

Require the field to be loaded by a different method in the pop-up. Create a field list element with all fields to display the fields in the Arcade element. For example:

$feature.created_user
