Accessing a geodatabase's locks information returns the following error message in the Geodatabase Administration dialog box: "Column value is null."

Workaround

Confirm the geodatabase contains orphaned locks by querying the Table locks, Layer locks, Object locks, State locks and Process information system tables in the database. It is not advisable to manipulate these system tables directly. However, these locks are orphaned in the database and so can't be accessed by the ArcGIS client software. Hence the locks have to be manually removed. Please reach out to Tech Support for further guidance on this workflow.
