A WMS layer that has a spatial reference of EPSG: 3045, 3046, 3835, or 3836 and uses WMS version 1.3.0 fails to load due to bounding box values not being in the correct order.

Workaround

1. By switching the X and Y ‘bbox’ values using code, the layer can be loaded successfully
2. Uncomment line 65 in the application.
3. This corrects the ‘bbox’ property value in the service request by exchanging the X and Y values.
4. Reload the application and observe the change in the service request on the Network tab on the Headers tab.
5. The Preview tab shows an image of the WMS layer.
