A Web Feature Service (WFS) service GetFeature request fails in ArcGIS Server 10.6 if the data contains a large number of features.

Workaround

Avoid requesting all the features at a time. Enable the maximum number of features returned in the Server Manager WFS settings. Alternatively, use the maxFeatures parameter with a smaller number, such as 3000 or 10000, so that the server can handle the request. Indexing may be used with this for pagination.
