A single feature polyline that is a closed loop defining an island does not load into a parcel fabric as a single feature, but is loaded as multiple line segments without any warning or messaging that the feature will be modified.

Zusätzliche Informationen
Known Limitation/As Designed
Refer to the following help documentation and tool help on how natural boundaries or line strings load into a Parcel Fabric.
Load data to a parcel fabric:
http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/desktop/latest/manage-data/editing-parcels/loading-data-to-the-parcel-fabric.htm
Load A Topology To A Parcel Fabric:
http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/desktop/latest/tools/parcel-fabric-toolbox/load-topology.htm
Workaround
1. To identify all the line strings with one feature that have the same start and end point, use Python and split the feature into two or more features prior to creating a topology.
2. Use the Split tool in ArcMap on the single feature and create two or more features and the features come into the parcel fabric as line strings as expected.
3. Once the single feature is loaded into the parcel fabric, create line strings from the segments. The minimum number of line strings is two.
