Bug
A Repair on ArcGIS 10.3 changes folder paths in Advanced Settings to the text character '1', thus Windows can not find the folder named '1' so it is created in the directory with the current MXD file.

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\Utilities Right click run Advanced settings as administrator-> Systems Path tab 2. Click 'Reset all values to default'Schritte zur Reproduzierung
