A parcel type line feature class does not draw on a map and contains a parcel polygon symbology when the parcel type feature class contain subtypes.

Workaround

The issue does not persist when all subtype descriptions of the parcel type polygon feature class are renamed to something different from the subtype descriptions of the parcel type line feature class.
