Bug
A Measured Grid based on a Projected Coordinate System, applied to a Data Frame in a Geographic Coordinate System, interprets the user-defined origin in decimal degrees - the units of the Data Frame Coordinate System - and ignores the projection assigned to the measured grid.

This is not user error. Margaret Maher 8-31-07 Regarding "Reason for Reject." below:The Coordinate System for the Measured Grid is UTM, and the UTM coordinate system does not have any negative values for either X or Y anywhere in the world, regardless of the hemisphere.Therefore, it is counter-intuitive to tell users to enter negative numbers for the user-defined origin, in order to get even coordinates for the graticule labels.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
